3/4 workouts done

Why do I get hung up on the Friday workout? Monday and Tueday were fine, then I took the scheduled break on Wednesday. Thursday I did it, but I dragged my butt and only really got into it (and started to workout at my usually level of intensity) halfway through. Today is supposed to be the final workout of the week. After today I'm scheduled to have two days where I don't have to do anything, unless I want to.
Hubby woke up with the monkey this morning and let me sleep in. The coffee was already on and smelled good-morning-yummy. The child was already running laps around the living room (made smaller by the Christmas tree) and in one of those "I'm gunna get under your feet as much as possible" moods. Those all seem like pretty decent excuses... but the truth is: Today I woke up lazy. Maybe I'll do the workout this evening, maybe I'll do it tomorrow.
So how to overcome the midweek hump and keep going? I'm going to try to set up the next challenge so I workout Monday-Friday. I think I'm ready to up my exercise to 5 days a week and maybe by not taking a midweek break I'll just be trucking along to the weekend. It's worth a try.
