Journalling

So I was taking a look at my food tracking over the last two weeks. I started using the Daily Plate to log what and when I've eaten. The last ten days I've done pretty good about being honest about what I log. With the addition of eating breakfast, most days I'm pretty close to meeting my calorie goals. There was one day where I only consumed just under 1000 calories - part of me screams "SEE! Pulling crap like that is what has effed up your metabolism and how you were starving yourself fat!!" and the other part of me, the part of me that will always see the awkward fat girl in the mirror, whispers "1000 calories is a lot, no wonder you're still fat". I so hope one day I can banish that fat girl in me who tries to sabatoge me whenever I'm starting to get somewhere.
