Deez Ol' Bones...
...are aching! I've had an achey back for well over a week and a half now. Sucky! My lower back used to be in a constant state of ache, but since I started getting active it hasn't bothered me a whole lot. Guess I need to stretch better tomorrow before and after I workout. I re-started the 6 week challenge again on Monday. Last week I ended up only working out twice - I walked lots; to the store, pushing the 20lbs stroller, with the 23lbs kid, with 20ish lbs of groceries, in the snow/ice/cold and hauling all that UP a flight of stairs - so I think I made up for it. I still felt guilty though. So I restarted on Monday and got two of the four workouts done. I ate breakfast 6/7 days last week. The one 'missed' day I was on the way out the door and thought "ut-ohh, no breaky!" so I quickly grabbed a banana for the road. Maybe this indicates a change of thought pattern?
