Week Two

Finished my second week of the 6 week challenge. I got all four exercise days done, although I skipped yesterday and did the workout this morning instead. I've been pretty good about not eating after I put my little monster to bed - one night Shawn was home and tempted me with cheesecake (only had a little bite) and mini creampuffs (had more than one little bite).
I find that my appetite is getting more in check - it could be a 'not overly hungry' cycle or it could be from getting more active. Whichever it is, I like it! It's nice not always feeling guilty for having a rumbly tummy.
