I chickened out of weighing in yesterday - I think I'll only do it every 2 weeks or maybe even just at the halfway point of the challenge (3 weeks). This may cut down on the amount of disapointment, yelling at the wii, and tears (which leads to chocolate almost every time). ;)
My goal this week is to not only get in all my MW workouts, but to also drink more water. I should also ALWAYS make it a goal to actually eat breakfast, because I'm soo sooo bad for that. Let's see how the rest of the week goes!
